Master of Science-Applied & Computational Mathematics Program

The MS in Applied and Computational Mathematics provides students with a broad, modern training in applied and computational mathematics, and in the mathematics of data. The program serves students who have already earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics or another quantitative discipline. Through foundational and advanced coursework, students will gain a strong combination of quantitative and computational skills, as well as data fluency that will position them well for careers in industry or for advanced studies. Graduates may seek employment in a variety of industries, including information technology, finance, engineering, research, and education, or pursue a PhD degree in the mathematical, statistical, and computational sciences.
