Undergraduate students interested in enrolling in MATH graduate courses (numbered 700 and above) should complete the form below. Please note that priority enrollment in graduate courses is given to graduate students. Your final grades for the semester prior to that of when the graduate course is offered must be posted before enrollment permissions will be granted. Your previous course history will be taken into account when considering you for enrollment into graduate-level mathematics courses. Be sure to check in with your academic advisor to see if you have time in your academic plan to take a graduate-level course.
Undergraduate students may be approved to take up to three graduate-level courses in a single semester.
This form may be completed one time. You will need to be signed into your wisc.edu account to access the form. If you wish to make changes to your responses after submission, please contact enrollment@math.wisc.edu. Filling out this form does not guarantee enrollment into a math graduate course.
