If you need academic support for UW mathematics course, the Math Learning Center (MLC) is the place for you! The MLC can be found in a huge, welcoming space in B224 Van Vleck Hall and is fully staffed with tutors who are eager to help you with your math questions.
Here is a summary of the types of support offered in the MLC:
- Drop-in Tutoring and Small Group Instruction are available for students in our precalculus (Math 96, 112, 113, 114) and calculus courses.
- Course Assistants hold weekly office hours for many of the 300+ level courses.
- Across the hall from the MLC (B227 Van Vleck Hall) is the Proof Table where upper-level math students can work together on their courses with peer support.
